With over 30 years’ experience across UK and international sectors, I have led transformation and growth in start-ups, private companies, social enterprises, charities, and Trade Associations. My roles include coach, board adviser, trustee, and non-executive director, always promoting diversity, inclusion, and creative thinking. I have developed award-winning leadership programmes in education and was a partner at a top UK search firm, focusing on C-suite and board appointments.
As a Chartered Manager (ILM Level 7, CMI Fellow), I mentor aspiring and senior leaders. Accredited as an ILM Career Coach, I specialise in supporting executives through career transitions and expanding non-executive portfolios. I am a member of the Career Development Institute and Association of Coaching and follow their ethical standards.
